ABB PM858 3BSE093350R1 is a high-reliability processor unit belonging to ABB AC 800M series industrial control system components (ABB Group), 

which is a core part of the ABB Ability™ System 800xA product family. It serves as the core controller for industrial process automation, responsible for logic execution, 

data processing, real-time scheduling and equipment control, widely used in power generation, oil and gas, metallurgy, chemical, manufacturing and water treatment industries. 

The module adopts a modular design, which can be flexibly configured according to application needs, supporting step-by-step system expansion and simple fault diagnosis and maintenance procedures.

 LED indicators, INIT button and CompactFlash interface, while the base plate is equipped with 2 RJ45 Ethernet ports (CN1/CN2) for control network connection 

and 2 RJ45 serial ports (COM3/COM4) — COM3 is an RS-232C port with modem control signals, and COM4 is an isolated port for configuration tool connection. 

Each CPU has a unique Ethernet address, which provides a hardware identity and is easy to manage and identify.

The module supports full CPU redundancy, including redundancy of CPU, CEX-Bus, communication interfaces and S800 I/O, which greatly improves system availability 

and ensures uninterrupted operation of industrial production. It adopts a unique slide-and-lock mechanism, supporting simple DIN rail installation and disassembly, 

which is convenient for on-site installation and maintenance. With IP20 protection level, it complies with full EMC certification and RoHS standards, 

and can operate stably in harsh industrial environments with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and a relative humidity of 10% to 90% (non-condensing).
