product details
VIBRO-METER VM600 RLC16 20-570-000-111 is an optional relay card for VM600 series mechanical protection systems and status and performance monitoring systems.
· Function: Used when the relays on the IOC4T input/output card are insufficient to meet application requirements.
· Installation method: Installed at the rear of the VM600 rack (ABE04x or ABE056) and directly connected to the rack backplane through a single connector.
· Relay specifications: Includes 16 relays with conversion contacts, each associated with 3 terminals at the rear of the VM600 rack. The relays are controlled by a software
controlled open collector driver, and can be selected to be in either the NE or NDE state through jumper wires on the RLC16 card.
· Size and weight: The size is approximately 15cm × 15cm × 4cm, and the weight is approximately 0.36kg.
· Working temperature: -25 ℃ to 65 ℃ (-13 ℉ to 149 ℉).
· Electrical characteristics: The working voltage is usually 220V (may vary in different application scenarios).
· Functional features:
· Input channel: With 16 input channels, it can simultaneously receive and process multiple vibration signals, achieving synchronous monitoring of multiple points or
components within the system.
· Sampling rate: The sampling rate is 200kHz, which can accurately capture rapid changes and transient events in vibration signals.
· Resolution: 16 bit resolution ensures accurate and detailed measurement of vibration data, which helps to accurately diagnose and evaluate the mechanical condition of
the monitored equipment.
· Signal analysis: Multi parameter analysis such as spectrum, amplitude, phase angle, and harmonic components can be performed on the collected data to determine the
root cause of vibration.
· Data transmission: The collected and analyzed vibration data can be transmitted to remote host systems or central monitoring stations through Ethernet and serial interfaces.
