X-CPU 01 is the high-end main CPU of HIMA HIMax safety control platform, TÜV certified SIL3 safety grade, responsible for executing safety interlock logic, ESD emergency shutdown, fire & gas protection, PID safety regulation and SOE event recording.
It supports multi-CPU 1oo2 / 2oo3 redundant hot backup architecture, adopts dual-core safety processor with hardware cross-comparison self-check, built-in SafeEthernet secure industrial communication protocol. Capable of running up to 32 independent safety user programs, connects local & remote I/O racks, HIMatrix remote safety controllers and upper DCS/HMI via dual redundant Ethernet. Hot-swappable rack plug-in design, widely used as core spare for petrochemical, power plant, offshore platform SIS/ESD safety cabinets.
