Product Description

RELIANCE 805405-1R-24451 is a discontinued single-phase SCR field excitation power module under Reliance SF3000 AutoMax drive system, dedicated to supplying adjustable, current-stabilized excitation power for large DC shunt motors.

It works in tandem with three-phase armature power modules and shares the same PMI control rack. The internal four-SCR full-wave non-reversing bridge outputs regulated DC field voltage/current, controlled by AutoMax PLC logic to adjust motor field flux, realize speed weakening, constant torque and constant horsepower control.

Built-in isolated power cube, dv/dt surge suppression, internal AC fuses and inductive kickback clamping circuit to protect field windings and control board. Panel-mounted aluminum fin heat sink design, widely used as maintenance spare for metal rolling, paper mill, printing, extrusion DC drive control cabinets.
