Product Description

T8403 is a high-density triple modular redundant (TMR) discrete input card for ICS Triplex Trusted SIL3 safety control platform, dedicated to collecting 24VDC field switch, limit, valve feedback, fire & gas detector and emergency interlock signals.

Every single of the 40 channels adopts fully triplicated independent circuit design with hardware voting logic; single channel or partial circuit fault will not cause signal loss or safety system trip, eliminating single-point failure risk.

Each channel features 2500V reinforced galvanic isolation to block ground loop, surge and EMI interference from harsh industrial field wiring. Built-in high-precision 1ms resolution SOE sequence-of-event timestamp recording, which supports post-fault accident trace analysis.

The module supports hot-swap online replacement without shutting down the whole SIS safety rack, greatly reducing plant maintenance downtime. It is the core spare part for overhaul of aging Trusted safety systems in petrochemical, power and offshore energy industries.
