Product Description

DSDP140B with base part number 57160001 is a dedicated high-speed pulse counter and positioning control board for ABB Advant Controller 400 / MasterPiece 200 control systems, manufactured in Sweden.

It integrates pulse encoder input, digital DI/DO and analog AO all-in-one circuit, supporting single-axis closed-loop positioning control for servo motors, stepping drives, flow pulse meters and rotary encoders. The module receives differential pulse signals from incremental encoders, calculates real-time position, speed and cumulative count, and outputs analog setpoint or switch signals to drive actuators.

Optocoupler galvanic isolation separates field circuit and controller backplane to eliminate ground loop interference.
