Product Description

3502E is a core triple modular redundant (TMR) digital input module for Triconex Tricon series SIS safety instrumented systems. It is specially used to collect 48V AC/DC 

discrete switch signals from field limit switches, pressure switches, safety valves feedback, emergency stop buttons and contact auxiliary points in high-risk process industries.

The module adopts three independent circuit boards for simultaneous signal collection and 2-out-of-3 voting logic judgment, eliminating single-point failure risk. 

It supports stuck-on fault self-test for each channel, optical isolation between field circuit and backplane bus, conformal coated PCB, and online hot-swap replacement without 

system shutdown. It is a key replacement spare part for petrochemical, coal chemical, oil & gas, power plant ESD emergency shutdown, F&G fire and gas protection systems.
