Product Description
VT-VPCD-1-15/V0/1-P-1 is a standard Eurocard plug-in digital hydraulic closed-loop control amplifier developed by Bosch Rexroth Germany, belonging to the VT-VPCD
series pump dedicated controller.
It is specially matched with A4VS series HS4 control axial piston variable pumps and A2V EO4 control pumps, receiving analog setpoint signals (0–10V/4–20mA) from PLC/NC system,
realizing closed-loop PID regulation of pump output pressure, flow and power limitation. The board collects pump displacement feedback sensor signals, drives proportional solenoids to
adjust pump swashplate angle, completes constant pressure, constant flow, constant power composite control logic.
Adopts DIN41612 64pin rear bus connector, front panel potentiometers for gain/offset/ramp adjustment, working status LED indicators, conformal coated PCB, standard 19-inch
