05701-A-0361 is a dedicated engineering operation card exclusively developed by Honeywell for the legacy System 57 rack-based distributed control system, 

serving as the on-site local 

debugging, calibration and commissioning core component for all plug-in control cards in the cabinet rack.

It integrates physical operation buttons, status LED indicators and an external RS232 engineering communication interface on the front panel. Technicians 

can complete zero point trimming, 

span calibration, mA alarm threshold setting, clock inhibition, signal lock and loop parameter acceptance/rejection operations directly through the panel pushbuttons 

without upper computer 

software access. The module undertakes backplane bus signal monitoring, power distribution routing for the entire rack and serial communication data forwarding 

tasks, and also supports gas 

detection loop signal processing, alarm threshold judgment and fault status interlock transmission for toxic and combustible gas detection subsystems. Adopts 

standard Eurocard narrow-width 

plug-in structure, PCB with three-proof anti-corrosion conformal coating, direct insertion into System 57 standard subrack slots. It is an indispensable maintenance
