SM811K01 (material code 3BSE018173R1) is a TÜV SIL3 certified dedicated safety processor developed by ABB for AC800M High Integrity safety control platform, matched and operated
collaboratively with PM865 main controller to build 1oo2D diverse redundant safety architectureABB Group.
It is connected to the CEX extended bus through BC810 bus interconnection unit, paired with TK852V10 synchronization cable for cross-CPU logic synchronous operation. The module independently
undertakes safety interlock algorithm operation, emergency shutdown (ESD) protection, process trip logic judgment and safety loop fault voting tasks, jointly executing safety application programs with
PM865 to eliminate single-point failure risks of safety systems.
The complete set kit includes SM811 safety main module, TP868 mounting baseplate and TK852V10 synchronization link cable. It supports online hot-swap replacement, PCB with three-proof conformal
coating, standard DIN rail installation. As a core spare part for SIS safety instrumented systems, it is widely used in thermal power units, petrochemical refineries, gas plants and other high-risk process
industries to realize burner management, overpressure protection, fire & gas emergency interlock control.
