ProSoft PLX32-EIP-PND Gateway device

ProSoft PLX32-EIP-PND is a gateway device used for bidirectional data transmission between EtherNet/IP controllers and PROFINET IO controllers.

Equipment Overview:

· PLX32-EIP-PND is an independent DIN rail mounted module designed for Ethernet/IP to PROFINET data exchange between twin networks.

· Provide two Ethernet ports, each corresponding to a different subnet, allowing users to simultaneously process data from different networks on the same device.

· Functional features:

· Use EtherNet/IP driver for Class 1 I/O connections or Class 3 message instructions, and run PROFINET driver as a ProFi network Class A device.

· Storage and Backup: Built in SD card slot (SD card optional) for storing configuration files, supporting configuration recovery and forwarding or backup between other 

gateways.

· Certification and compatibility:

· ODVA certification ensures compatibility with EtherNet/IP networks.

· The PROFINET v2 authentication of PROFINET A-level protocol ensures compatibility with PROFINET networks.

We conducted on-site testing on PROFINET controllers from multiple manufacturers to ensure their stability and reliability in practical applications. Remote monitoring 

and diagnosis: Supports remote viewing and diagnosis of EtherNet/IP and PROFINET networks, facilitating remote management and maintenance for users.

· Provide embedded EDS AOP, allowing seamless integration into programming environments such as Studio 5000 and RSLogix 5000. When using EtherNet/IP I/O connections, 

there is no need for ladder diagram programming, simplifying user operations.

Multiple I/O connections allow for increased throughput and improved data transmission efficiency.

Technical specifications: Supports 1440 byte input and 1440 byte output. Support real-time (RT) and non cyclic data exchange.
