Product Description
T9852 is a safety-grade digital output module exclusively developed for ICS TRIPLEX Trusted TMR triple modular redundant safety control system, manufactured under Rockwell
automation safety product line.
It provides 8 isolated 24VDC digital output channels with dual common group design, used to drive field solenoid valves, safety trip relays, motor contactors and alarm indicators in safety
instrumented systems (SIS). The module adopts TMR triple-voting hardware architecture to eliminate single-point failure risks, fully complying with IEC 61508 SIL3 functional safety standards.
Each channel is equipped with independent fuse protection and optocoupler galvanic isolation to isolate field circuit short-circuit or surge faults from the safety backplane bus. It supports
hot-swap replacement under redundant rack configuration, enabling online maintenance without safety system shutdown.
Matched with dedicated TA terminal baseplate for field wiring, with built-in channel status LED indicators for real-time fault diagnosis. Conformal coated PCB resists humidity, dust and
vibration, widely applied as critical spare for oil & gas, refinery, chemical, power plant SIS safety racks.
