woodward 9907-205 is a dedicated handheld debugging programmer for Woodward digital governors, matching MSLC, DSLC, 723PLUS, 2301A and generator load-sharing controllers. 

It connects directly to the control unit via spiral cable, powered by the controller without external power supply. Operators can view real-time speed, power, synchronization parameters, 

modify control setpoints, run port diagnostics and export fault records on site without PC, widely used for power plant turbine/generator cabinet maintenance and calibration.
