3BSE043660R1 is the complete assembly part number consisting of CI867 communication board and matching TP867 terminal baseplate, manufactured in Switzerland for ABB AC800M

 controllers and System 800xA DCS platformsABB Group.

It acts as a dedicated Modbus TCP gateway to realize bidirectional high-speed data exchange between ABB control systems and third-party Modbus TCP devices, including flow meters, 

weigh scales, frequency converters, remote RTUs, PLCs and intelligent instruments.

Equipped with dual independent RJ45 Ethernet channels supporting both master and slave modes, the module adopts an independent onboard processor to handle Modbus communication 

tasks without occupying main controller CPU resources. It supports redundant module configuration and hot-swap replacement, enabling online maintenance without system shutdown.

Full self-diagnosis monitors Ethernet link loss, communication timeout and bus abnormal faults, with multi-status LED indicators on the front panel for quick on-site troubleshooting.
