Product Description
H1127.0101 with part number 000068308 is the core master controller of Rolls-Royce UP unified marine automation platform, specially designed for offshore vessels, platform supply ships and dynamic positioning (DP) system control.
It integrates high-speed industrial processing unit, abundant multi-type communication ports and built-in digital/analog signal acquisition terminals, undertaking full-process logic control of ship power distribution, main propulsion, thruster positioning, auxiliary machinery monitoring and safety interlock protection.
The front panel is equipped with dual Gigabit Ethernet, multiple RS422/RS232 serial interfaces, USB storage slot and VGA display port, supporting TCP/IP, Modbus and proprietary marine communication protocols to realize data interaction with thruster drives, power management systems, bridge HMI and shore remote monitoring stations.
All signal circuits adopt full galvanic isolation to resist marine salt fog, strong electromagnetic interference and ground loop drift. The whole metal housing meets marine anti-corrosion standard, PCB with conformal coating for damp and salt spray resistance.
