8521-0312 is Woodward UG-10D heavy-duty mechanical hydraulic governor for large diesel/gas engines and steam turbines.

It adopts flyweight sensing structure with self-contained lubrication oil system, provides 44N·m high torque output, supports isochronous and droop parallel load control. Built-in 

overspeed trip protection, cast iron anti-corrosion housing, flexible clockwise/counter-clockwise shaft rotation, widely used as replacement spare for marine propulsion, genset 

and industrial turbine control systems.
