Product Description
ATCS-15 (hardware revision 1464-0320) is a dedicated core main control board independently developed by German SCHUMACHER, specially applied to high-power high-frequency
induction heating power inverter units.
It takes charge of the whole machine’s closed-loop operation logic, adopting high-speed DSP digital processing chip and PLL phase-locked loop resonant frequency automatic tracking algorithm.
In the heating process, the impedance and resonant frequency of the coil load will change with workpiece temperature rise and Curie point transformation; ATCS-15 monitors load real-time
parameters in microsecond level, dynamically adjusts the IGBT inverter switching frequency to lock the circuit at the optimal resonant point, greatly improving power transmission efficiency
and protecting power devices from reactive overload impact.
The module receives analog setpoint signals (0–10V/4–20mA) from upper PLC/SCADA system to realize stepless power regulation, integrates overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, short-circuit
and water flow interlock full protection logic, with front panel LED fault status indication, PCB with three-proof conformal coating, standard rack plug-in installation structure. It is an irreplaceable
