product details
GE VMIVME-3113 is a 12 bit analog-to-digital converter belonging to GE Fanuc's VMIC series products, designed to support up to 64 channels of differential or single ended
· wide range analog inputs with an input range of ± 10mV to ± 10V.
· Scanning mode: It can be automatically enabled upon power on, system reset, or under program control. In automatic scanning mode, the input channel will continue to be
digitized and the results will be stored in a dedicated channel dual port register.
· Channel selection: 2 to 64 channels can be selected for scanning at once through jumper wires.
· Built in testing: Supports real-time and offline built-in testing, which helps with system fault diagnosis and maintenance.
· Multiple working modes: including automatic scanning mode (gain=1), random polling mode, random interrupt mode, scan polling mode, and scan interrupt mode, to meet
different application requirements.
· VME bus interrupt: can be programmed to generate an interrupt after completing an A/D conversion or 2 to 64 channel scan, facilitating communication and data exchange
with the VME bus system.
· User programmable interval timer: supports scanning all channels at periodic intervals, facilitating timed data collection.
· A/D conversion time: 15 μ s, with high data conversion rate, able to quickly convert analog signals into digital signals.
· Conversion rate: 33kHz, which can meet the speed requirements for analog signal acquisition in most industrial scenarios.
· Input impedance: 5 × 106 Ω, ensuring minimal impact on the input signal and accurate acquisition of analog signals.
· Gain selection: Jumper programmable gain with selectable ranges of 1, 10, 100, 200, and 500. The appropriate gain can be selected based on the amplitude of the input
signal to improve measurement accuracy.
· A/D range: selectable from 0 to+10V, ± 5V, and ± 10V, suitable for analog input signals of different amplitudes.
· Output code: Optional binary, offset binary, signed extended binary multiplication, convenient for data compatibility and communication with different systems or devices.
