GE IC698RMX016-ED | Redundant Memory Swap Module

GE IC698RMX016-ED redundant memory swapping module belongs to the PACSystem RX7i platform and is now part of Emerson Automation. It was previously 

produced by GE Intelligent Platform.

· Mainly used for redundant CPU configuration or as a reflective memory module accessible through the network.

· Memory: Equipped with 16MB SDRAM.

· Size: 6.299 inches (width) x 9.187 inches (height).

· Working voltage:+5VDC, provided by the power supply.

· Current requirement: 1.8 amperes.

· Connector: Equipped with fiber optic LC type connector, compliant with IEC 61754-20 standard, using zirconia ceramic plug, maximum insertion loss of 0.35dB, return 

loss of -30dB.

· Optical network speed: 2.12Gbaud.

· Transmission rate: 2.1GB/s.

· Packet size: Dynamic packet size ranging from 4 to 64 bytes, controlled by the switching module.

· Number of nodes: Each network can use a maximum of 256 nodes.

of the system.

· Installation location: It is recommended to install in slots 4 and 3 of RX7i rack 0 (main) to provide VME interrupt request priority, but it is not a strict requirement.
