GE IS215VPROH1B (VPRO) is a standalone triple redundant safety board for GE Mark VI turbine rack, independent of main control CPU to execute emergency protection logic.
It monitors turbine speed deviation, overspeed, temperature analog signals, implements backup synchronization check and emergency trip logic, driving trip solenoids via TREG terminal board.
Equipped with 10Base2 IONet BNC communication and RS232 debug port, adopts stacked double-layer PCB with heat sink design, triple VPRO voting architecture eliminates single-point failure,
core safety spare for power plant gas/steam turbine control cabinets.
