Product Description
3501TN2 is a triple modular redundant (TMR) digital input card for Triconex Tricon safety instrumented systems, manufactured in USA. It provides 32 isolated 115V AC/DC input channels to collect emergency stop, valve position, flame detector and FGS interlock field signals.
Adopting full triple-circuit voting architecture, single channel or circuit fault won’t trigger system trip, eliminating single-point failure risk. Each channel comes with optical isolation and built-in comprehensive diagnostics to detect open circuits, short circuits and wiring failures. It supports hot-swap maintenance without system shutdown, widely used as critical spare for petrochemical, power and offshore ESD safety racks.
